The school may process parent and student identification, contact information, class placement, attendance, timetable, fee and request records to administer education and provide secure family access.
Authorized school staff and verified parents receive access appropriate to their responsibilities. Service providers may process information under appropriate security and confidentiality controls. Information must not be disclosed to unrelated parents.
Access requests, corrections, concerns about processing and applicable rights under Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law should be directed to the school administration. Retention periods, cross-border processing and a formal privacy contact must be confirmed by the school before launch.
Optional marketing or publicity permissions must be requested separately and are not required for core portal access.
